When a tenant wraps up we send them a final invoice that shows what charges (if any) were deducted from the deposit and the remaining balance to be refunded, or remainder that they owe.

Day 6 of the 10 day DD: Finally got my home inspector, HVAC tech and contractor inside the house. 

Finally, don't put much stock in metrics like 'views' or even generic e-mails from potential tenants that ask if the property is still available.

We finally were allowed to transfer our loans out.I know first hand I am not the only one who has run into this issue with this servicer.

We have the plans finalized and will be submitting within the week.
