The upper paid tiers have a lot of features but if you’re just starting out the free version will probably work great for you.

The only feature it lacks is advanced reporting so we take the info from Cozy and input it into a spreadsheet for budgets and ledger. 

If you consider this to be similar to mandated features such as efficient windows/insulation etc then that's more accurate except homeowners actually can generate income from their solar systems whereas they do not from other mandated home improvement.Everything you wrote about PGE (and others) should make homeowners seethe.

At the end of your ten year fixed rate period, this product features a balloon payment where the entire principal balance of the loan and unpaid interest is due.

It is a good selling feature, easy to keep clean, and no matter what looks good.  

I really like this feature so I can play with the lists and try different strategies.
