I also feel good old fashion hard copy letters, leases, etc set the tone better than emails - getting a letter in the mail is more "official" (as long as its typed, on letterhead, etc).

I also find that some local print shops are cheaper than online services. 

I've just closed on a duplex that came with an extra parcel of land that had a shop on it split into four storage bays.

The purchase price, however, can be quite high so you will want to make sure that you have bank pre-approval before you start shopping around.If you get approved for a commercial loan, another option is to try to find a company looking for a long term lease and try to back into a property with them in tow.

The surrounds are custom made & installed by a local shop - they come out & measure the walls before making them & you can specify different "base" colors & "swirl" colors..big or small soap dishes, etc..

If the bath tub is ok, I'd leave it and install an oval shaped shower curtain ring, similar to those used for the old fashioned clawfoot tub.

While I certainly understand price shopping, it seems to me that in this business it could drive you to drinkin'!

Hi BPmy project is moving along smoothly, we are half way donethis house is located in a very desirable northern suburb of Pittsburgh.the school is great. conveniently located near "shopping", on the commuter line for pittsburgh. no more new construction. middle income, family friendly community.the projected return is tight b/c this is first time in this market and I think I Comped it wrong. a few street away makes a huge difference b/c of lot sizes.it's total upgrade, open layout, reconfigure kitchen, upgrade baths, all new windows.
