Hello all, I'm David, I have been checking out BP for some time now but just recently decided to join. I'm a RE Investor from Illinois that concentrates on the buy and hold strategy. I current own 21 single family homes and 6 Multiunits. My father brought me into the business back in the mid 90's. I have also done many flips which I continue to do here and there. I look forward to the many informative discussions, articles and inspirational stories that I have already witnessed here at BP. Before joining I had read so many interesting blogs, articles and comments that This site became my go to site of the day. Thanks Ibrahim, my father was a real inspiration of me getting into real estate and he helped catapult my brother and I to unimaginable heights. I worked in corporate for some years but now I'm full time in RE and loving every bit of it. My father has since passed on but what he has instilled in us is eternal.
