All the terms are negotiated with your friend (and some family members are legal people to deal with).There are a number of sdira companies that have lots of info on their websites.

Feel free to PM me if you are genuinely interested in knowing more vs. any potentially unfounded assumptions, or worse, false accusations.

I am running into that same issue but did find the user guide for the data file on the states website which breaks down the definition of each code found in the columns themselves.

All the books and articles you have read will give you a false sense of security making you think that real estate investing is safe.
