It is right around the corner from OCF's new development on the former chocolate factory in graduate hospital.

From a tax efficiency stand point, I think RE is much, much better. 

Can anyone suggest ideas that can help with getting permits approved and processed in the most efficient manner? 

Great guy, but is not quite managing the schedule and flow of contractors as efficiently as I would like.

I think all the cheap faucets come from one Chinese factory.

Every day for 8 years I dreaded working in a factory.

It's faster and more efficient.

I was able to add a bedroom to an efficiency, turn a 1BR into a 2BR, turned another 1BR into a 2BR and added 4 additional units (two 1BRs and two 2BRs) in areas that were used for storage for decades. 

If my goal is to be netting 250K or more after 3 years, would this even be an efficient use of time and effort?

@Calvin Kwan -  We always opt for used if we can get them, but only if they're energy efficient models.
