James, it won't be dollar for dollar, maybe 50% of costs, it will be a value that is pretty much in the eye of the beholder compared to the sale comps in a residential valuation.

maybe even thinking I could do a 203k loan for my next home and in the blink of an eye have 3 properties all with good equity.my question is, can I even do any of this?

So my goal is to educate them with an investor mindset and convince them that buying isn't out of their reach.My grasp of FHA loans is fairly good but I'd really appreciate a keen eye to look over something I'm putting on my site as part of that education.

I can only say that because I've now had to go to the eye doctor and they were shocked I am driving..Getting old sucks...

Don't waste to much time focusing on this one, but make sure you keep an eye on it.
