im a small landlord/investor looking to expand...we own 5 properties and want to purchase more but want to find another way to fund future deals...my score is around 665 mid, but my wife's is well over 720can i use her better credit score for a LOC?...

Our city council is trying to register all landlords and have out of state landlords appoint a local agent who will take service from them for codes violations, grant access, fix any problems etc.The excuse they use for the proposed ordinance is they can't find the real owner, especially if they're out of state.

Granted, the BPO value is probably listed in the system (although not every area has access to the loss mit notes but it varies from servicer to servicer), they will be very hesitant to give you any useful info for fear of telling you the wrong info and getting in trouble later.
