Maybe nobody else sees how to add value to a property, but since you are touring properties every day, you might catch a diamond in the rough.That being said, do NOT limit yourself to the MLS.

Hi BPers,So I've been on the site a couple on months now every day and feel that I've learned enough that I can start looking for my first property.

We are professionals investors who do this every day. 

I wont be able to do it every day for obvious reasons, but it should save me a bunch on gas and help me hit my health goals as well.What I expect: Honestly, I have no flipping clue. 

I stumbled upon the podcast about a month ago and have been listening to and from work everyday!

This website is extremely valuable and I feel as though I learn something new every day on the forum discussions.

We wrote out our goals together and have them up on our wall so we see if everyday.
