With that information, I needed more information on if they had ever had a lease, how long they had been there, if having been there a certain length of time gave them rights I didn't know about, the eviction process, etc.She didn't have any of that knowledge, nor a PM recommendation which may have been able to give me more insight.

Ive been interested in real estate investing ever since my mom persuaded me to not move out of the house by telling me i could save all my money instead and invest it in rental units like she has done for future income.

That way I would have proof for the judge if I ever needed it.

But for what ever reason it would need a portfolio loan.
