The previous landlord or property manager apparently thought hollow interior doors were ok to put on as entry doors; no bueno. 

So, I don't think the keypad it self would need to be internet accessible, as we don't plan to have smart-phone entry, however the gate and keypad would ultimately be connected to a computer that would be connected to the internet.

When getting quotes try to have Personal Injury (libel, slander, wrongful entry,...) included. 

Low bar of entry and you can learn. 

You can get into entry level condos or townhouses and make the same kind of return locally rather than OOS. 

Entry level software engineer is 145K.

Lower barrier to entry and everyone has dollar signs in their eyes.

I basically posted a NO Trespass sign and also filled out the form and put a copy on the entry to the people that were issues.. they never came back.

Currently investing in Ohio and North Carolina but I wanted to know if there were any specific markets with low entry level purchase price and decent cash flow.

The cost of entry is low while the cash flow is high.
