I do my best not to get emotional over properties, but I'll confess to suffering some anguish over a few that were on my watch list that went under contract right at the end of the O/O only offer period.The offer & negotiation process was pretty straight forward for each.

I was exposed to real estate at an early age and after studying business at the University of Michigan and practicing law for a while, I found my way back to what I really enjoy doing.

Tenants are due the right to quiet enjoyment, so I don't see you having any luck on the penalty for not showing for inspections (what inspections????).
