1) I wonder if a cash out refi on my condo is my best option to free up more of my own cash, and if i get that cash, whether to use it to pay off my 4 unit building or buy another property. 2)  I don't know how to structure a private money deal and it is keeping me from moving forward with the private money option.I've enjoyed all the info. and wealth of information that people take time to share.  

I'm applying to leave my active status this year and finish out in the reserves and go to school full time for business administration, operate my clothing line, as well as start my investing endeavors out in real estate focusing in Georgia, my home town. 

I will need a worthy wing man at one point or another...and this particular one I really enjoy working with.

I really enjoy working with computers/technology, hiking, and running.I don't have much experience in real estate, although I have made a few offers on houses in the past, if that counts for anything.

Because of the large membership enjoyed by the organization, they are able to speak with a loud voice on behalf of their members.You can absolutely get reliable property information on any recorded property in the United States.
