Hello everyone, my situation is as follows:I'm moving to Texas for my job after graduating college and the job I landed as an engineer will be paying 80k/year + some bonuses, which is pretty solid for a first job. 

Once you close the liquidity gap, the cash value of the policy will turn into a liquidity rocket engine. 

This is not just an opinion, you (and should) search your favorite search engine to verify which areas will be more favorable to your goals... 

That part of the country is certainly very beautiful and close enough to large cities to have a vibrant economic engine.
