Introducing myself to BP

Hey yall I'm new to bigger pockets I found BP back in August and I am hooked!! I recently moved with my wife and young son from southern new jersey to Southern Vermont. I am currently building my dream home by hand (as in im doing all the work by myself from the foundation all the way up to the roof).. all while working full time for my brother in laws construction company.. I've been in the trades since middle school so that's how I am able to do this.. I have been building this house as a side hustle for about a year now and am happy to say I am finally living in it all though its probably only about 60%done but it beats the hell out of the camper.... so anyways I've probably listened to about 300 podcasts in 3 and a half months and can't wait to jump into real estate investing.. all my money is going into the house but when I'm done I should have about 150 thousand in equity and plan on putting it to work! If anyone else lives and invests in vermont/upstate New York I'd love to connect I can offer help on anything related to construction especially renovation projects from design to installation I was literally born into this stuff. PS if you are an investor with capital you want to put to work I could be a good partner for you so let's talk cheers!
