Does not matter  promise you lower asset homes will burn holes through you pockets. 

I think they help, but it was tricky to get the holes in the right places so that everything would line up.When I first closed on the house, I found a set of two knobs and a deadbolt, keyed alike, with a key, at the local Habitat ReStore for $20. 

That's all to say, if anyone wants to poke holes in my answer, be my guest. 

For example, there could be a leak in the drainage system that the buyer notices while inspecting but the seller insists that it has always been there.

We've been managing our own units for 5 years now and have had very few issues beyond needing to repaint a unit and patch some holes in walls from intentional abuse.  

I have told very few people and feel like an axx hole for telling them.

All it needed was a coat of paint in a few rooms (bedrooms were: pink; two shaded of purple with black trim; red, grey and black) and they'd patched all the holes in the walls (from hanging pictures), so they looked really bad.

Is there one that would put more holes in the walls?
