If you have limited capital and your paying for training hoping to make a bunch of money because you learned something well it still dog tough and failure rate sky high.. just is . seen it the last 30 years I have been around it... just not for everyone.

At this point all of our belongings are in the house as well as our dogs.

Regardless of the quality of the deal, assuming it's not a dog, the record low interest rates at this time may make the difference for one to buy now at a higher rate than to buy at a lower rate during a time when real estate values decline. 

One investor actually shared with me how well he does in bird dogging.

Some are obviously worse than others (and dogs are generally worse than cats).

Next they brought 2 dogs without saying anything and lease says NO PETS  unless agreed by landlord and 300.00 deposit per pet.  

ONLY AFTER MOVING IN TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE A DOG, A BLACK LAB!
