I also need to develop a great team - contractors, realtors, lenders, etc.  

We are brokers, investors, developers, general contractors, and property management.

Our passion is in real estate and we want to develop a buy and hold Real estate business.

Develop a relationship with them.  

I love teaching and want to keep my full time job, but enjoy developing hobbies with the free time that the teacher schedule does provide. 

As we continue to learn and grow, we have been developing relationships with others that would like to invest with us.

@Jim Genis Don't forget the Cerner Development project in Kansas City which is expected to create 16,000 new jobs!

So, it is a bit harder to develop relationships with title examiner as you need to go through an attorney but I would be interested in hearing thoughts on how others who bid on courthouse auctions do some of the basic research as far as making sure they are bidding on the first mortgage lien, tax lien, mechanic lien, judgement, etc.Thanks and look forward to a great discussion on this.

Thanks for the welcome  We will likely do some pre wholesale deals as well as some flips etc but our long term goals is to develop a portfolio of rental properties.
