Hello everyone, my name is KC and I'm a high school math teacher in Texas. I'm just beginning to look into REI and definitely feel my interest is in buy and hold rental properties. I love teaching and want to keep my full time job, but enjoy developing hobbies with the free time that the teacher schedule does provide.
