We had a network of preferred brokers who we dealt with often and the goal was to sell the house within 90 days MAX and that was stretching it...

I had thought about going to the auctions and trying to infiltrate the attorney network on the properties that don't sell.

They're going off the BPO, so if you get a pessimistic broker, you can do well.This is coming from a short sale company I'm networked with which is doing quite well right now.
