Hi everyone,andrew here fr singapore.I wanna check with u guys there if there is any company/finance house or even private individuals who is willingly to loan me a amount of USD$450,000 as i will be using the funds to purchase/finance a residential property in singapore(value ard USD$500,000).I would have no problem in paying back as i am a trained engineer but currently having some problem with the banks in singapore because due to the fact i was scammed in a business transaction a few years ago(loans taken fr the banks were all conned).I am a true and genuine borrower and i hope that only genuine lenders will contact me pls,i will dispense the informations abt the paying back interest rates and details with the interested parties when i replying back,thanks for viewing and have a nice day!

It's just the starting and doing it smarter not harder.The first rental was some training ground I learned a lot of what NOT to do.

If you order a certain amount of paint, they will deliver for free as well.In both cases, you can fax in you order and they will put it together for you so you are not wasting time shopping around.Good luck!

I realize that home owners treat their homes better than renters, but I've always felt that if you can screen tenants carefully and you buy properties in the "higher-end," many of the misfortunes that landlords face can be avoided (i know im probably crazy for assuming this, i just want someone to confirm it).Well that is a little insight into my "PRE-BIGGERPOCKETS" train of thought.

Otherwise, certain areas of Queens may make sense if they're near the 7-train, which also goes to Grand Central (first stop over the East River coming from Queens).

@Rhondalette W.This is absolutely abnormal if you don't have a written document allowing such an arrangement, and if your agent isn't aware that you have been placed in a precarious position, she needs additional training. 

Some need to be given license to give you that.I know first hand what its like to work your butt off, deliver high end work on schedule and within budget, only to be nickeled and dimed to death.

Copper supply lines, pex, cpvc all require different tools, cast iron drains, copper drains versus PVC drains, different tools.I would stay away from electrical work initially if you are not trained and experience.
