Our company is on the verge of acquiring a total game changer mobile home park that I’ve been working on for over a year now...We are meeting with the owners on Wednesday 7/17 who have three almost identical offers on the table.

Anyone know where i can I purchase land that is mobile home ready in or near Little Rock, Arkansas?

If you do like your job, then I'd look into syndication or note investing as you realistically don't have that much time to dedicate to doing anything active.I have made the conscious decision to focus less on upward mobility at my company so that I can dedicate my time and energies to building cash flow so that I can live the life that I want. 

Running some numbers recently and was hoping someone else could shed some advice for the mobile home park style of investing.Although, i understand the numbers and what not, I was hoping to find someone with actual experience in it.

I'm looking at a park with 50 lots sitting on 6 parcels of land. Is that a problem? Does that mean the park is operating illegally? Thanks everyone in advance!

It’s a 30 unit mobile home park in Reno Nevada. 

I have 2.71 acres of land that a mobile home park and commercial building sits on.

Investors typically take more time and dedication and some realtors just may not have the capacity to handle the work load and still diligently work their schedule while giving you the best service that you deserve.

Android & no I don't use the mobile app, nor do I want to.

To make more time for myself I'm going to plan on doing nothing after work two days of the week and dedicating that time solely to real estate.
