Mobile home park zoning - help
I'm looking at a park with 50 lots sitting on 6 parcels of land. Is that a problem? Does that mean the park is operating illegally? Thanks everyone in advance!

@Charlotte Dunford You should call the zoning department for the city in which the park is located. They will be able to give you information on the legality of the park as well as any grandfathering and provisions you should be aware of as well as any special assessments. Number of parcels in and of itself is not indicative in my experience anyway of a problem or lack thereof. Good luck!
