There are hundreds of steps that go into a buyer's agent's workflow (we have a 40-step task checklist our buyers agents use) - from showing properties, to negotiating and preparing contracts and addenda, to dealing with the listing agent, inspector appraiser, lender, and title company - and each of these has a workflow, a timeline, and critical deadlines associated with it.

Definitely address any constructive criticism you have received, but don't let one weekend be the determining factor on the ability of the house to sell. 

It is not entirely dissimilar to swapping out of one stock that has just popped (leaving little remaining upside in you view) and into another that has a better risk-reward profile.

Real estate is one of the most cyclical businesses on earth and paying attention to where your market is in its cycle is critical for long term success.

I’m not saying small multi’s don’t make sense in other areas, and I’ll readily admit that a lot of my criticisms are derived from my own, personal values/priorities that may be different from others.

Not criticizing but your brother would benefit from a realistic baseline test video and not something set up improperly in a test facility.
