Any creative suggestions or advice about how to track down the types of Contractors I'm looking for?

So, finding creative financing may be the only way to go or maybe partnering in someone else's deal to create more capital to use.

We're primarily looking for low money down or creative financing and are interested in working with a partner, at least for the first few deals.
