Frankly, if you will not be chasing up leads on your own there is nothing at risk.They are trying to screen you out and you are being asked to commit without even dating first.

They produced it to improve the quality of the rentals and it covered all the laws plus had great advice on screening, etc.You can use Google to see if there are local resources for your state.

I'd say it would, it is a lot of work......also, a thin application of floor leveler will low spots, don't use too much as it will crack and show through cheaper vinyl. :)

Next is to screen any and all tenants and have a SET criteria (ask your PM for help on this and what their criteria is).
