When we moved in we met with her and told her we would continue charging the same amount of rent she was being charged previously (which is about half of what other units bring in the area) but we wanted her to move out by April 1, which was about 2.5 months away.

There's a lot of information there, but if you read closely I believe it shows that those 3 years (2018-2020) will have varying tax rates as certain referendum issues take effect and also as an old tax drops off.

If 67% of the unit owners vote to implement restrictions, you may be prohibited from renting, unless there are grandfather provisions or hardship provisions included in the restrictions.If you’re already renting when that vote passes, you should be able to continue to lease your unit for the remainder of the lease term.
