The Kyle/Buda is more affordable, but the rents won’t be as demanding as central Austin.

I will see if I can get historical usage although I am not sure it will be that useful for electric as the house has been vacant and I just added a new electrical box for the garage apartment and I installed central HVAC which the house did not have before. 

And we have focused more on NH than western and central mass recently.

Started pressure washing the brick and side walks, turns out the bricks are indeed red who would have thought.Hall way #1 is in the spackle stage and trim has been sanded and painted, was much worse than we thought but will be pristine shortly, next up is replacing the stair treads and risers.Mail boxes have been moved out of the hallways and centrally located, most of them were only holding to the wall by a wing and a prayer and the mail carrier appreciates the update.With the nice weather lots of folks out and about back and forth from the beach access at the end of the street, lots of the neighbors stopped and thanked us for cleaning up the property and welcomed us to the neighborhood. 

So I'm 49yrs old, just sold my personal home of 25yrs, my manufacturing business of 25yrs, and 80% of our personal assets and moved from North East Ohio to Central Tennessee. 

The backstory on the property is it is an inherited property which is completely paid off zillow & realtor appraised at about 140,000 the reason i want to exchange the property is because of various issues with the property such as a breaking foundation, termites, Flood zone and also has no central A/c.

I'm a new investor to the Central Florida Area (Brevard County) and I'm looking to network with other Investors/Contractors/Lenders etc in the Brevard County Area. 

I am in the market to simply own a building that is stabilized, with a good PM in place, no deferred maintenance, fully occupied and in an area that is fairly safe and has decent fundamentals ( not dependent on a one/few employers, population not in rapid decline).I have found properties in my price range in Central PA, Upstate NY, and in the Chicagoland area.
