@Eric H.Congrats, as someone who is at the very beginning stages it is nice to see a success story from someone who was in my position not long ago! 

I've only seen them at about 30 feet +/- wide with a bearing wall roughly centered.   

I have heard good things about Nashville (I do have a lot of investments in Memphis) and am in my due diligence stage of that market.

Also if the leak is in the center of the room then is the subfloor suffering from it. you may be able to tell if there is a crawl space.

Pin the panels in the center with a slide bolt that goes down 3-4 inches into concrete from the bottom of the panel frame.8' wide seems narrow - especially if you are in the dump truck trying to back up through the opening.

I am assuming others will disagree, but she seems pretty far from center to me!

I'm still in the stage where I'm managing my properties myself as I only have 3 units now and 2 of them are around the corner from my house.

I notice that most of the talk in here centers around residential property investing.

I'm someone interested in multi-families, so the northern half of SFHs north of route 9 doesn't interest me nearly as much as the center.
