Also if the leak is in the center of the room then is the subfloor suffering from it. you may be able to tell if there is a crawl space.

Pin the panels in the center with a slide bolt that goes down 3-4 inches into concrete from the bottom of the panel frame.8' wide seems narrow - especially if you are in the dump truck trying to back up through the opening.

I'm someone interested in multi-families, so the northern half of SFHs north of route 9 doesn't interest me nearly as much as the center.
