Right now the forums are basically non-navigable to me.For example, if I search for 'Oklahoma City' and select forums and sort by 'Latest,' it looks like I just get all of the latest posts regardless of keyword. 

Robert, there is an exception if you taxable income is less than $250k/$500k (as a CPA I care a lot about that exception).

Just be careful with condos as HOA fees and assessments can eat your cash flow.
