Good afternoon everyone, I wanted to take a little time to break the ice.  My wife (Kayla) and I (Chris) are from the Golden Triangle area of Texas.  We currently have two single family rental properties one of which is owned 100%.  They are both cash flowing nicely and have excited us to push forward to a new level.

I am a Texas A&M graduate managing a welding shop for the oil and gas industry.  My wife is a dental hygienist.

Our current real estate goal is to build a portfolio of 30+ houses in the next 5-10 years.  This number seems realistic yet achievable all at the same time.  Exponential growth opportunities along the way will not be over looked to add small multi family units to the portfolio as well.

We joined BiggerPockets to gain knowledge, ideas, networking, and overall to be a part of the real estate family.

Thank you all for taking the time to read our introduction.
