No hot water, stove not working, no heat, broken windows, door locks not working, loose railing, no lighting in common areas, garbage not in dumpster, no smoke/co2 detectors, etc. anyway that has been our experience. 

While traffic is light right now, Google says driving commutes are currently: 18 minutes to O'Hare, 27 minutes to Midway, 18 minutes to the loop.

I stopped over today after cleaning up a rental , they set it up great , one in the back , and 2 on either side , picnic tables , christmas lights , fire pit , trash cans , lawn chairs  and a volleyball net .  

Being brand new to short term rentals, we are trying to figure out the best process so we don't lose potential reservations by doing something wrong, accept a reservation we shouldn't or get scammed.

Our judge green lighted it and as sheriffs were en route to post, the presiding judge where we live over ruled.

Use time between blocks of showings to jot down a fix-It plan or even fix minor items between showings (light bulbs and loose knobs mainly).
