Hey guys, what are some of the biggest problems or frustrations you have as a real estate investor?

Nationstar and Ocwen are the biggest asset managers out there but definitely not the best.Contact the asset management company and find whoever supervises the assets that the REO agent was in charge of selling.

I also believe that with the internet and virtual assistants there are ways to weed out people who are not serious at scale.I don't have any grand illusions that I'm going to quit my day job in a year, and even when I replace my income perhaps I won't want to quit my day job...

There was tremendous value in being the one that found a deal, and that's why wholesaling has gotten very popular in the last several years (of course the internet gurus helped too).

I work remotely so aside from good internet I don't have to worry about a commute.

Some of them so low they don't even have internet.

But I have to pay monthly electric, gas, cable, internet, trash and have the lawns mowed.

It results in the perverse outcome of tenants prioritizing less or non-essentials like phone, cable, internet, even credit cards over the essential of rent because these less-essentials will be shut down if they don’t pay.I totally understand the moratorium on evictions but it should be coupled with rental assistance.
