Hello to all the members in the Bigger Pockets network,My name is Udit Multani and I am a real estate investor, about 10 months old in the industry with previous experience being a Construction Manager and construction cost estimator for various construction projects in California.

Your reserve fund will be substantially bigger, but in reality if you have a vacancy in one or two, your rents from the other 3-5 will HELP subsidize the loss. 

The great news is that either option is a win, but I'm curious to see what Bigger Pocket members think is the bigger win.

Also sounds to me like the bigger home would no longer have a garage which would reduce its market value.
