Since the last month of the lease frequently aligns with end-of-term examinations, when a tenant gives notice, we will start advertising immediately and will make arrangements with the tenant for blocks of time in which we will show the unit prior to the examination period.

I Always stick with neutral colors, its opens the home out and with staging, it looks bigger then it would have if it had dark colors.
