Offering free rent is the same as lowering price. adjust price weekly based on showings.( Tenants call based on Monthly rent).

@Tim Johnson I have seen that too, but the explaination I got was that they have just put it on hold for now more because they have so much work with adjusting existing loans, so its a manpower issue.

We had been booked pretty well for April and May and then everything cancelled and then we lowered prices made some adjustments and have gotten many bookings but most of them were just a few days in advance of the stays.
