Property line problems

My husband and I are new to real estate investing. We are looking to purchase a house that neighbors ours and rent it out. We are not using a realtor because we are purchasing from family and therefore the property isn’t even listed. However, the survey papers show that a corner of the house and the drain field are actually on another neighbors property! What are the best options to solve this issue?? We want this taken care of before we purchase.
