Regarding police, fire and employees in the City of Milwaukee, on July 10th the Milwaukee Police Association filed suit against the city asking a judge to issue a temporary restraining order that would force the city to allow the provisions of the governor’s budget that eliminates residency as a condition of employment with the city

Some are temporary setbacks, others are fixable over time and ocassionally we see...... the cause for pause deep head scratch very odd case.

There have been recessions and bear markets.Yes, I would agree that the arrival of a flu pandemic on our shores was likely not the method by which the casual observer or even seasoned economists would have guessed as the trigger for our current economic situation.

Going North there is the NEREIA in Chelmsford, a couple of North Shore meetings hosted by @Mike Hurney , a couple NH meetings and a quarterly unofficial BP meetup hosted by @Justin Silverio in Woburn.

Money-wise this is not a smart move, not only because of the hassle of moving to a temporary place, but also since the rent we would pay in another place would be more then the mortgage payment we currently have.

See if you can come to a temporary agreement with the tenants and the attorney and then correct the issue in future leases.  

We are thinking of furnishing it and making it into a temporary rental. 

Yea thats the hard part about Cleveland how it varies so much block to block. i guess for the locals here real specific would be the west boulevard, west park, Jefferson, detroit shore way, triskett, and cudell area
