I think we are moving into uncharted waters were you had these historically super low interest rates and if and when rates move up  what will lenders or servicers do ?? 

So all in 80k worse case, with rents of 900/ 900 or more, super deal and nowhere near the lake , probably 5 miles 

I’m in between condos in C class neighborhoods in San Diego (Escondido, Oceanside) or a single family home in Henderson, NV which I believe is more of a B class neighborhood, but not sure because I’m not super familiar with Las Vegas. 

You would super charge your cashflow and get you in position to get another property soon!

A year and a half ago i was talking to this super smart older guy.
