My question is the property has a red tag from the fire.

As a DC landlord and property owner, I have grown tired of the constant burden of red tape in the district which unfairly benefits those who know how to play the system.I had the thought of joining up with other owners to see if we can form a group to petition the district to make the judgement and eviction process fair for us.Anyone interested??

If you find high vacancy, that is another red flag for the market and you should be cautious.

also, seems like a red flag if he wants to stay and lease out a couple of units - do you really want a building that you have no say over who is renting some of the units? 

I just ran into some red tape on a property in Demo court.

As others have mentioned, prior to the COVID-19 disruption, the market has been red hot in Clarksville, Nashville and surrounding areas. 

Now we seem to be at a point where less competitive players will be forced out of the market because they can no longer count on appreciation.With that said, I like areas around the downtown.

So a story of going to 0 is a big red flag, huge.

Is there any other major players left that will do this at competitive costs?
