I have purchased multiple audible books such as Real Estate by the Numbers, Start with Strategy, The Book for Rental Property, The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down, and now I am reading Finding and Funding Great Deals.

I hear something like this and I just think "Geeze, am I just missing the plot on this, I can get a bus, I can knowledge vomit, walk properties, intro" and hell, I wouldn't need $40k, I'd be happy at $1k. 

Im super new to this community.

Most of them saw price reductions and longer days on market this summer.

My most recent research has been on selection 8 housing and where I have been focusing my interest in learning about as of lately, is this something that you would recommend, If so why or why not?
