It would help if you could give more information like which strategies you are using and what do you bring to the table.

I think they were worried about breaking the lease or a new owner immediately canceling the lease.

:D After reading a few of Brandon Turner's suggestions it sounds like I need to connect with buyers in the area and really get to know their preferences, buy boxes, contracts etc. 

I feel like this question has probably been asked/answered on here but I can't for the life of me figure out how to search the forums so I guess I'll just make a post myself!
