I've done some research online about the CDC Moratorium on Evictions and understand the federal government has extended the moratorium one more month - to end on July 31st instead of June 30th, 2021.I've also read that the Texas Legislature has basically decided to no longer enforce the federal ban on evictions and that Justice of the Peace courts can NOW proceed with evictions for non payment of rent.

I’ve seen many online and from Flip with Rick but I understand it’s a special case for Oklahoma.Currently I am studying for my real estate license in Oklahoma as I know the law will be changing up on November 1st 2021.

I started with excel and moved to QuickBooks Online. 

I found someone that answered the phone right away and was very great to talk to but then the google reviews were 2.9 and it was very scattered there would be a 1 star review followed by a 5 star review.

I bought a duplex since starting on this that needs less work, so this one is on hold waiting for the duplex to be put online.

I have a pretty straight forward online training program.

I asked him to use a tenant screening tool i saw online that . he told me that he only does a credit check and if i wanted to use the screening tool online, i could do it myself (with approval from the applicant). question is : if i have a RE agent, is it his responsibility to do the credit check or can i do it  or both are ok to do this ?

Generally there is a reason that some of these companies offer such low rates, and that goes for the online lenders as well.
