Hello everyone,

Just an introduction to get started and requesting a bit of advice from all of the experienced ladies and gentlemen out there.

My interests are in wholesailing in the beginning, switch up to flipping as I learn and then finally renting or developing if all goes well in the future.

I would like to concentrate in Oklahoma and Texas to begin. I will have do it all virtually as I currently live overseas.

I need a pointer or two on the purchase and assignment contracts for Oklahoma if anyone could give some experienced advice out there? I’ve seen many online and from Flip with Rick but I understand it’s a special case for Oklahoma.

Currently I am studying for my real estate license in Oklahoma as I know the law will be changing up on November 1st 2021.

I’m excited to be here, looking forward to making a lot of great connections on this journey and working together in the future with some of you! Thanking you in advance :)

All the very best,

Francis
