Not the worst street (by far) but still some shady looking pedestrians passing through.

Would love to hear from someone who bought a house that's not seen from the streets as described in my previous post. 

I personally worked a wholesale deal live on stage with a real seller on the phone for a property in Queens during a guru event in North NJ.

I looked it up on google maps to see what the street looks like.

We need a structural engineer and someone to help us with the design layout of the new kitchen, laundry room, half-bath,and living space and the layout of the Master bedroom and master bath.we are in Greensboro North Carolina so we would like someone local.with an architect be the best person for the interior changes?

Welcome @Sanzhar ZikirovI would say not to get discouraged and don't compare your progress to those here, as you are working with a very different set of circumstances to those of us in North America. 

If it were me, and the lease said they were allowed just one space in the garage, I'd enforce the rule, and just have their guests deal with finding street parking.

However there's a brand new apartment building being built right across the street.

The first quote I got for this service along with running some ground wire and a few other things was just north of $5000. 

It is right across the street from a revitalization area.
