(That says, “A principal residence is a property that will be occupied by the borrower for the majority of the calendar year,” but personally I would be leery of applying for a new FHA mortgage immediately after the year is up.)And I agree that you usually get more bang for your buck with more units (a 4F vs. a 3F and especially a 3F vs. a 2F).
