For myself, I look at the dollars and cents and when someone working for me can't produce, or someone can produce better then I am a cold-hearted business owner and the health of my business is very critical.

This past year has not been the best and really beat me down mentally and physically(car accidents are no fun!)

Even if you let them out of the lease it doesn't mean you won't hear from an ambulance chasing lawyer in the future about their ongoing "health problems" caused by the 3 weeks of exposure to the mold in your house.

Most molds are not dangerous to one's health and even the dangerous ones tend to worsen already-existing health issues like asthma.3.

Here is my issue: I will have an urgent health issue requiring surgery and treatment.

The ONLY legal evictions were for health and safety violations. 

So with the surprise of how expensive windows would be and going ahead with the install, I made a mental note that I would be the one taking care of mowing the yard to protect my precious expensive windows...As part of their rental agreement, I included mowing.

My goal was to replace my W-2 income so I can continue supporting myself and my family if I die, my health fails, or I just decide to call it a day and move to Mexico.

After that, it depends on your mentality.  

I wouldn't quit my job because i was worried about health insurance but health insurance was the last thing on my mind during that whole process.
