It's not a bad job, it pays the bills and provides pretty good healthcare insurance but it's not my passion.

But with rising CLI (cost of living index), property taxes and insurance, I have fallen behind the FMR (Fair Market Rent). 

It looks like my condo assoc. has wind insurance. 

An LLC or a corporation can be an expensive endeavor that may not be necessary and you may be able to use a good umbrella insurance policy. 

Hi everyone - recently purchased several multi-family 8+ units and a commercial office space and insurance carrier says that fire extinguishers need to be installed throughout and inspected annually. 

Make sure you get a good insurance policy as well.

(Don't quote me, but maybe 4 months principle, interest, taxes, insurance) If you need a good recommendation, @Kit Crowne hosts our monthly meet up in Manchester, he's a great guy to bounce mortgage ideas off of. 

They should include prepaid items like property taxes and mortgage insurance premium and title insurance.

While these are great companies for banking, insurance, and other benefits, they suck at mortgages.  

I can think of only two things that rise inexorably and never fall - college tuition and health insurance costs.
