Something that has always steered me away from those rural areas, is that the economies rely SO heavily on single companies, industries, etc...A bad example that I could give you is Delta, Ut.

I've read around these forums that the industry-standard is to boost rent $25 for a pet, which seems reasonable.That said, I wonder whether the presence of a dog also subjects landlords to liability for damage or personal injury caused by the pet.

Would be great if some tech or other industry would pop into that area to strengthen the upper end job markets..

I am interested to work on the real estate industry as a virtual assistant.

I honestly feel that it's the future of the industry due to lack of skilled labor. 

But I have for another industry and the pixel is key for building an audience and custom audience profile that you can remarket to in the future.It also helps follow that person around.

I suspect its the hotel industry.
