HI everyone, joined BP not too long ago and have been bingeing on the podcast during my daily commutes for the last month or so and can't get enough. A little background about myself, I live in Beaver County, PA a suburb of Pittsburgh with my family (wife and two young boys). I currently work as a Commercial Carpenter in and around the Pittsburgh area. I am looking to get into residential investing specifically in the Beaver, PA area. I am interested in starting out with a handful of fix & flips to build up some capital and eventually transitioning into multi-family rentals using the BRRRR strategy. I hope to eventually build up enough cashflow to work less as a Carpenter and focus on spending more time with my family. I hope to connect with other similar people and those in the industry here on BP and help out with whatever I can contribute.
